AGREEMENT TO TERMS
KOPIA APP is owned AND MANGED by CHARE GROUP LLC thrives to provide the most accurate data.
1. Acceptance
By installing and/or using KOPIA APP’s website: kopsia.app (“Website”) or any other application or functionality we offer online (collectively, “Service”), you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Services, the Website, or the Application.
These Terms and Conditions shall govern any use you make of the Service and any dispute in connection therewith and are deemed a binding agreement between you and KOPIA APP (“Operator” or “KOPIA APP,” interchangeably).
2. Services
KOPIA APP is a product importer tool that helps you import products from popular sites such as AliExpress.
The Website, the Application, and all Services provided in connection therewith are provided “AS-IS,” and any and all warranties in connection therewith are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed under law.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the KOPIA APP Service. Information provided by our users through the KOPIA APP Service may contain:
(a) indecent, harmful, malicious, defamatory, or otherwise unwanted or even illegal content;
(b) links to third-party services, websites, or content not regulated in any way by the Operator;
(c) commercial content, publications, offers, or other information.
The Operator assumes no responsibility for the services, products, content, or interactions with any third-party websites or services.
By using the Application, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the Operator shall not be liable in any way for any damages, claims, or other liability arising from or related to any act or omission by any third party, explicitly including any other user of the KOPIA APP Application. The Operator’s liability is explicitly disclaimed hereunder for any content delivered (or not delivered) for any reason or intent via the Application.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, the Operator hereby grants you an international, limited, personal, non-assignable license to use the Application.
All design, features, graphics, interfaces, multimedia elements, trademarks, and service marks remain the sole intellectual property of the Operator (or their respective owner).
4. Subscriptions
Subscribers receive full access to the Website, Services, and all User Submitted Content. Subscriptions may be terminated at any time by written notice to mailto:[email protected], with up to 3 business days for processing. Services that may depend on third-party services may be suspended at any time.
5. Your Obligations
5.1. Protection of Rights: You undertake to refrain from any action that may jeopardize any rights of the Operator, explicitly including any breach of the license and/or acceptable use policy. You shall refrain from any:
(a) intentional breach of any right, including any Intellectual Property Right of the Operator, through unlawful or unauthorized copying, distribution, dissemination, or undue access to the Application;
(b) actions intended to facilitate such breaches, including automated access, reverse engineering, or alterations to the Application.
5.2. User’s Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any and all use of the Application, including messages and content submitted or delivered using the Application (including User Submitted Content or “Submissions”). You agree to hold KOPIA APP harmless from any claims of infringement, transmission of harmful content, or other liabilities.
5.3. Provision of Information and Access: To access and use the Application, you must install it and grant access to your relevant accounts. You expressly acknowledge that KOPIA APP may periodically access information on these accounts to provide the Service.
5.4. Suspension of Service: The Operator reserves the right to suspend the Service or any part thereof at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of the Services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
6.1. No Warranty of Confidentiality: KOPIA APP acts only as a repository of data, and user content or Submissions do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of KOPIA APP or its representatives.
6.2. No Warranty: KOPIA APP makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, validity, or legal status of Submissions or any third-party products or recommendations.
6.3. No Rivalry: You are solely responsible for your Submissions and any resulting consequences. KOPIA APP shall not be deemed a valid party in disputes between you and other users.
7. Affiliate Program
7.1. Purpose: The affiliate program is intended for partners with an existing client base, such as those on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, and similar platforms. Affiliates are expected to promote KOPIA APP to new customers.
7.2. Paid Traffic: While paid traffic is acceptable, intercepting traffic intended for the KOPIA APP site (e.g., bidding on “KOPIA APP” as a keyword or creating fake pages using the KOPIA APP trademark) is strictly prohibited.
7.3. Violation of Rules: Violations of these rules may result in account restrictions, including disallowing certain traffic sources or other measures.
7.4. No Warranty: KOPIA APP makes no guarantees regarding the performance or success of the affiliate program. Affiliates are solely responsible for their marketing strategies and any consequences thereof.
7.5. No Rivalry: KOPIA APP is not a valid party to disputes between affiliates or other users. Such disputes must be resolved independently.
8. Refunds or Chargebacks
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the monthly charge after the 2-day trial period ends. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your account/preapproved payment during the trial period.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your PayPal account and canceling the plan. It is your responsibility to cancel any preapproved payments.
Chargebacks will not be accepted unless accompanied by valid proof of identity theft (e.g., a police report). Any other form of chargeback will result in account termination, an administrative fee of $250 USD per chargeback, and potential criminal investigation for fraud.
